At Hudson Valley Webmasters Group
On Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 6:30pm, Rob will be speaking at Hudson Valley Webmasters. We were invited to speak to the group by Lori Ponder and Chris O’Neal, co-organizers of the MeetUp group. The topic of his discussion will be “CSS Flexbox and CSS Grid.” The event will take place at at PivotGround in Kingston, NY, a co-working space on the Strand.
In this discussion, Rob will take a look at two of the CSS technologies that simplify the task of creating web layouts. Through the use of practical examples, he’ll discuss some of the problems that CSS flexbox solves. He’ll also look at CSS grid and see how it changes everything. Following the talk, there will be a question and answer period.
